  13. I've dealt with them twice and have been happy with them.  Today I 
  14. received their Amiga Internet video pack, which comes with 3 disks.  
  15. These disks contain many of the things you'll need to get started, and 
  16. DirWorks is cool!

  18. The video claims that you will be up and running in an hour, which could 
  19. be a bit optimistic, however, it is a valuable resource for those without a 
  20. nearby Amiga dealer.  This matter is still a work-in-process for my spare 
  21. time, but I have learned a few things already, even though I'm just 
  22. getting going.  I believe this kit provides the jumpstart many people 
  23. need for the net, since there's no turnkey package available yet for the 
  24. Amiga (until AT's Mindwalker is available).

  26. BCI could stand to have some phone coverage on Friday afternoons, but 
  27. they are willing to devote time to answer technical questions BEFORE you 
  28. buy anything!  This impressed me personally, as many computer dealers 
  29. need to see you flash the green stuff (or plastic) before they will do 
  30. anything for you.  This high level of pre-purchase customer service is 
  31. what the Amiga community needs!  Businesses who are willing to spend 
  32. extra time to assist their customers are the ones worthy of our $$$.
